Musica & Skull Candy having a tea party!!

I took my ink'd wireless Skull Candy headset to Musica for repairs on 2018/02/08.

The next day the gentleman from Musica informed me that Skull Candy had accepted the request to replace my headset. As I have been in this situation before, I know that Skull Candy does not repair the headsets, they simply give you a new headset.

The process when awaiting your headset goes as follows; 1. They inform you that Skull Candy has accepted to replace your headset. (2018/02/09) 2. They then wait for an individual to come pick up the old headset, (Takes at least a week). 3. Once collected by Skull Candy from Musica, tests are done to identify what went wrong (please keep in mind that Skull Candy has already agreed to replace the headset, therefore you should already have been given your new headset from Musica the following day). 4. Once they identify the problem, they phone Musica and inform them that the item can now be replaced and if that Musica does not have the stock available, they await another week for that individual from Skull Candy to drop off the relevant stock.

I use my headset everyday when I go to gym, as well as when I go running over the weekends. I have now had to resort to a cheaper pair which is not bluetooth enabled nor does it have the quality of which I have been accustomed to.

Its been over two weeks now and I still do not have my new headset, nor were Musica transparent about how long this process would take. They simply expect me to just wait as these two inefficient entities go back and forth.
