Musica selling me 2nd hand pc game

On the 25th of March I ordered Sim City pc-dvd Rom with a 'special customer order' from Musica Somerset Mall. 2 Weeks later the shop contacted me informing me that my 'ordered' game has arrived. I tried to install the game on my PC the same day, but failed because I keep getting a message that the game's product code has already been used. The plastic wrapping around the game also had an 'inter branch transfer' sticker on it. This means that Musica took 2 weeks to get me a game (that has already been installed by someone else and returned) from another branch after I was specifically told that my game will be ordered. I paid a new game's price for a secondhand game that is useless (cant install a game if the product code has already been used by someone else.)! This is plain ******* money making!
