Musica Gateway Pathetic after Sales

Musica gateway worst experience purchased 2cds for 100 Friday 16/11/2018 one of the cds had no plastic cover obviously didn't notice at the store tried to play in my car says disc error even played it on my Samsung 3D DVD PLAYER still disc error so take it back to the store 17/11/2018 guy says all Musica cds comes packed so it's my cd and DVD player lens thats very DIRTY and he will not change the cd (I purchase cds every week first time this happen with this error MESSAGE) this feeling of having paid for something that doesn't work is not good feel like I've been ****** by Musica
