Musica does not want to exchange a out of box faulty tablet.

I bought a new bubblegum tablet combo for my little one at musica late saturday afternoon. Upon getting home I plugged the tablet in to charge. After a while I tried to power up the tablet. But the only thing happening was a faint white backlit led light that came on , and an occasional sound.

This morning at 9 I went to Musica to exchange my son's tablet for a working one. I was informed that I can't just take a new one and that the current tablet must be sent back to be inspected first. I had to fill in a form with all my details and specify wat was wrong with the unit.

When I read the terms and conditions I noted that I am liable for the courier service payment for pickup and delivery of the tablet.

This is utter pathetic that an Item I bought that is faulty out of the box that I can't exchange for a new working unit. And now I am held liable for the courier cost to get the tablet back to the OEM.

The saddest part was the way that the staff handled me, as if I was at fault and the way I was questioned about the faulty tablet. And the general attitude regarding the way way I was treated regarding the whole situation.

Please give me my money back and get out of my life. I have never had any issues like this at any other Electronics store.

How long is this darn process going to take? My son's birthday is almost here and now I have to sit with this headache.

Musica will never see me after this horrible experience.....
