Musica does not Adhere to the item priced

We went to Musica yesterday to purchase a PSN Wallet Top up voucher R500. The price sticker on the packaging was R219.95. Musica said that they cannot give the voucher to us for that price because the voucher never goes on sale. We spoke to the manager Wa**** who stated this. So why do you guys have that price on the voucher then? What happened to the consumer protection act? We advised that this will be taken further as this is false advertising and the Manager stated that we can go ahead and take things further. So Musica - you advertise one price on an item and then refuse to sell it to the customer for that price. I've taken a photo of the item and price as proof because I'm sure you will now take the price off.
