Musica disapointment

I bought a Fujifilm Instax from Musica, we didn't use it, when I wanted to take it back, they said they only give cash back after 7 days, this does not reflect on the slip though.

Musica then offered to put the refund on a Musica gift card for me that I can use at Clicks and Body shop since they are part of the same group. I agreed to this as I am a regular shopper at Clicks.

When I tried to use the gift card at Clicks I was unable to, Clicks called Musica Tygervalley, who said I can come in at any time they will correct it for me.

I was at Musica Tygervalley on Saturday and they said there is nothing they can do and that I will not be able to use the musica gift card at Clicks or the body shop.

How disapointing to be mislead like that.
