What can i say about Andy, Store Manager at Musica Cresta. After i purchased a faulty bluetooth speaker and reported it to them, he sourced me a replacement unit on the same day and delivered it directly to my door - no questions or issues, just pure customer service at its best!<br> <br> I am not one to compliment easily - but this man deserves a bonus, increase and promotion for going the extra mile for Musica customers.<br> '<br> Give that man a bells! He absolutely deserves it. We could do with more Andy's in our service industry!!
