Music unavailable

Good day<br> <br> I have always used Musica as my choice of DVD and music purchases, and the occasional game.<br> <br> i recently inquired about The Awakening anthology X15 to which the staff tried to help (though the one black lady was rude and had said not him again in Isizulu, as she kept not giving feedback so i kept going. Now the issue i was told is that they could not IBT from mega stores now i do understand there is a cost involved but should smaller stores not have access to the same titles as larger stores? i left this there this was in December 2015. Last month February 2016 I went to Inquire again on a music CD (disturbed - Immortalized) and again no stock, could not order and staff could not even tell me if it was available.<br> <br> I am writing this as musica has always been reliable and given wide range of music, even should music not be available they could place a order, my question now is what has changed?<br> <br> Middelburg manager was friendly and helpful though i did not get her name<br>
