Music box was damaged when it was opened
I bought a music box at musica with the speaker and that uses a usb.I bought this for my daughter for chrismas.When she opened it the music box was full of scratches and damaged.I returned it to musica and the told me they dont have any stock anywhere.What must I tell my daughter why she has a broken chrismas gift.This is very poor service from musica and they did not even ask if they can order one for me.I do not want my money back I just want the unit exchanged.I will not buy anything else from musica.
