Manager treats client with utmost contempt

Yesterday I was treated with the utmost contempt by the manager of Musica East Rand Mall. I was standing in the queue with 18 items (I have receipts for these). There were three Musica employees behind the counter, yet only one (friendly and helpful Palesa Moahloli) was manning a till. I asked the one gentleman (he turned out to be the manager) whether they could not open another till. He ignored me. I then asked him why he refused to answer me. He looked me in the eye, but did not say a word. I then asked him whether he was satisfied with the way he was treating me. He once again looked at me and refused to answer. I then asked him for his name and surname. He gave me his name: Simon, refusing to give me his surname. I then said \good morning Simon". He refused to greet back.
