Manager is arrogant and ***********

By 13 year old son's wallet got ****** in his birthday and R800 was lost with bank cards etc. He had to complete a receipt after exchanging a speaker he bought there. After realising his wallet got ****** we went back asked for gelp and retrival of footage. The manager was so proud of himself to be able to inform us that there is no cctv in the store! Hi also informed me that my son never came into the store with his wallet!!!! His original receipts was in his wallet and without presenting this no exchange would be granted. Incredible Connection retrieved footage as they went there straight after Musica. No wallet was seen in my son's hands. I can not say who took it but based on actions I have a fairly good idea. Will never support this outlet of Musica ever again!!!!
