Keep sending me to branches that are out of stock

On the 11/01/2016 I went to Musica in Tygervalley mall looking for the Volkano Blaster Bluetooth speaker, the one they have in stock is broken so they called Canal Walk and asked them to keep one for me. When I got there that evening to buy it, they kept the Bazooka instead of the Blaster and were out of stock. Then on 12/01/2016 I called Paarl Mall to find out if they had any and they too said they were out of stock, then I called Somerset mall, also out of stock, who called Paarl mall, who apparently has 4 in stock, after they told me they have none.<br> <br> Somerset mall then called me back to say that Tygervalley has one, which I know is broken since they sent me to canal walk because of it.<br> <br> This is costing me money and no one seems to able to help me or know whether they actually have it or not.
