Just because he wanted a sale - He just stole me the product

<p>So exciting it is to purchase a new game... </p> <p>But everything went wrong. I had my mind on purchasing a Play Station 4, but when i got to Musica in Gateway, the guy whose name I dont even know suggested a Xbox one stating that it is just like a Play Station only much better. No one had said that this needs a Wifi to run or anything of that sort.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got home, didnt open the box but opened it the next day. Upon calling the store and finding out the manager whose name again I dont know stated that he cant help me with anything and he acted as if he knows everything in the world.</p> <p>I have been trying and trying and still no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>Something needs to be done as soon possible, as I could have spent my R4000 else where and something for value </p>
