Inefficient and rude

<p>Went to the Centurion mall Musica on Sunday to buy a CD, went through the whole schlep at the till only to be told that the point wasnt working and that I must go to the next one.</p> <p>I was rather unimpressed about this as we had to go through the whole escapade all over again.</p> <p>To make matters worse the cashier was very rude and arrogant as she could see that I wasnt happy.</p> <p>This shop should get their act together, make sure your tillpoints work and teach your staff some manners. It may come as a surprise but its the customers that pay your salary!!!</p> <p>The only reason that I didnt walk out the shop is due to my daughter wanting the CD</p> <p>Most certainly will never shop at this store again, I dont need to be treated like filth by them!</p>
