Ignoring my order

In May 2015 i got a Musica pamphlet that advertised LP Players. I went to the Kroonstad branch to buy one, the sales person told me that they don't have stock and will order one for me, i gave all my details and they told me that they will have it for me in two weeks and will contact me when i can collect it. By the end of June i still did not get a call from them and went back, just to find out that they forgot to order it, they quickly made a few phone-calls and told me they can have one for me the next week from the Welkom branch. Once again they took my number and promised to call me when it arrives. It is now August and still no call from them. I am very dissapointed, i have always supported Musica and have spent a lot of money with them over the years, but this is the service i get. Maybe they should appoint people that take their work seriously and actually do their job and keep their promises.
