Happy customer due to proper Managerial Skills

A few months ago I had a purchased a Dj controller from Musica in Gateway which had a factory fault. I had spoken to two managers on separate occasions. One was more than helpful and willing to swap it out and the other gave me a hassle. Yesterday I finally got the chance to take back the second unit which was also faulty and the manager on duty which I had spoken to for the first time was extremely helpful as well as the store assistant dealing with the Dj equipment. I am sorry to have not taken your names but I'm sure you will be found and given recognition for your awesome service! Musica(Gateway) will have a lot of happy customers with people like you around!
