Great service at Musica (Musgrave Centre)

After a terrible experience with another branch (Musica Pavillion), the Musica at Musgrave Centre displayed the best customer service. Their manager called me from his cellphone yesterday afternoon to let me know that my CD had been delivered. He also gave me the name of a staff member who will assist me when I arrive at the store. When I got there this morning I was greeted with great smiles by two staff members. Hlanzeka knew exactly what I was looking for. Both her and her other colleague (who was present) asked me what had happened and really wanted to hear my story. After that they apologized profusely (for something they had nothing to do with). They went the extra mile and encouraged me not to stop shopping at Musica. They asked me to choose their store whenever I'm in Durban and to contact them for a great shopping experience. I left their store smiling from ear to ear. They made up for all the unpleasantness that I had experienced. Great work Musica Musgrave. You made me feel like the only/favourite customer in the world...which is exactly what every customer wants.
