Great after-sale service

Thank you to Musica in Carnival Mall. <br> I bought a pair of JBL bluetooth earphones, and a month down the line the one earpiece was giving me issues.<br> <br> Musica handled the issue very professionally and quickly. They not promptly exchanged the item with a new one and will take up issue with supplier.<br> <br> They stood by their product and their warranty without making the cuctomer feel like the culprit as it often happens in retail.<br> <br> Bravo Musica...I have been a good customer for many years, and you have shown me why I will definitely remain a loyal customer.
