Good customer complain resolution

I called the store on the 24th February to order a disc, the consultant took down my details said will take 2 weeks since non of their have it, after 2 weeks no call. i called to find out and another consultant said the disc was received will go check for it and call me back , took my details again. after a week i called back again another consultant told me the same story. after almost 5 weeks now I called for the manager and I got my disc the next day. Thanks Suzie you made my day and my boyfriend' s birth day.I really appreciate the trouble as i really struggled to get the disc at any other store. Thanks a lot
