fine print or fine lies

I purchased a pair or marshall major II black headphones from musica at the diamond pavilion on the 28 of January 2016. At the time it retailed for 1199,00 zar. I am impressed by this product at what I would seem superior audio ability. However upon trying to adjust the headset one of the clips broke. Still having my packaging and receipt i contacted Musica diamond pavilion to report this. Their inability to act erroneously and efficiently in this matter has left me despondent.
