False advertising / no feedback

I just want to thank musica for absolutely no service no feedback. I logged a complaint on the 28th Of July 2015. And received a response that you take complaint very seriously and that someone would be incontact with me..... YET I AM STILL WAITING for someone to phone me. looks like you don't take complaint that seriously... disappointed with you lack of customer service!
