**** product and no response

I think companies like Musica are just existing to make money as possible as they can, but not customer-centred at all. They do not bother to respond to customer queries/complaints. I was sold a **** CD copy and till today, no one has contacted me after damning complaints I have put up on Hellopeter against them. It is clear that they are aware of the ***** they commit and are just not caring enough to deal with it. Very disappointed. But for what it is worth, I will continue to write about this uncalled for act from them. Next step is to also write to relevant authorities as complaints from Hellopeter don't seem to shake them.
