**** DVD disc

We bought a Dreamgirls DVD disc at Musica East Rand Mall early this year to replace a copy we've lost. Only recently we opened it and tried to watch to find the picture quality was so bad, more like the R5 copies you get at Joburg streets. We returned it to store as we did not expect that from a big shop like Musica and considering the amount paid for the DVD, but the staff there wasn't helpful but dismissive. We feel ****** by Musica. Tell me why should people continue to buy from this shop if we can easily obtain such copies from the street at a very minimal amount? We regard buying at Music a as value for money and do not expect counterfeit goods from them. I hope this coplaint will be addressed by Musica as we are considering laying a formal complaint with the relevant body.
