**** advertising
Visited Musica at Clearwater Mall. My son saw a PS4 game with the name of Battlefield 1. He is saving up for the console and was just shopping for games and accessories. The game was marked R114.95 (photo is available as proof) and he proceeded to the tillpoint to pay. Thabiso assisted and informed us that he will be back. He returned later and informed us that he spoke to the manager Zack (who was not on site) and that Zack said that the game is in fact R1114.95. He further acknowledged that the item is priced incorrectly but that we can, on instruction of Zack, not have the item at thr advertised price. That is how Musica treat their customers. **** advertising and then break a young boy's heart. Well done. This is not in line with the Consumer Protection Act and certainly not thr way you treat customers. Thabiso felt like an idiot relaying the message. Zack, the manager, did not even have the decency to explain this to me. What a ***ard! Never ever again Musica! You are already dying in a digital industry and you cannot even keep the loyal customers either. SCHOCKING!
