Exceptionally Poor service levels

<p>i have made purchases of faulty product (beatshead phones). When I tried to return the product they were extremely rude. After they finally took my items , I don't get responses after the wrong item was returned to me. It's appalling after spending over R4000 which for me is a lot of money I don't the courtesy of a response or call to follow up </p>
