Excellent Customer Service - Mr Eric Van Zyl

<p>I bought a lp player and speakers at Musica Canal Walk. Connected and play the lp player. Music was playing very soft, so on I took the speakers back. Bought another speaker system and this was also playing soft. Went back to have a refund for the speakers (third set of speakers tried) and Mr Eric Van Zyl was assisting me. He suggested keeping the speakers and that I bring the lp player in and that he will test the system for me. He discovered that the fault was on the lp player. The player was replaced and now I listen to my music.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you and very well done on such great customer service.
