Excellent Customer Service

I was in the store on Friday evening to see if the store had any stock of The Ninja Turtles game for my son's Xbox 360. I couldn't find anything and asked an assistant, who in turn asked the shift manager who was very willing to help. He checked the system and it showed that the store had just one (1) left. After he searched literally everywhere in the store, he found the game. It was not in its original packaging and not only gave me a discount but gave me an empty cover to put it in.<br> <br> I was really blown away by the customer service and the time he took in helping me find the game my child REALLY wanted for his birthday.<br> <br> Edmondo Van Reenen is really an asset to your business and your staff should take a page out of his book.<br> <br> Thanks so much once again, you do not find such excellent customer service these days from staff who is willing to go the extra mile.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Tavia Strydom<br>
