Double Standards

Bought some CD's for my sister. When I got home and gave them to her, she said that she aslready had most of the music on the CD's and asked me to return them. I queried online to ask if I could, but received an answer that said no, I cant. In the mean time, I checked on HelloPeter to see if anyone has been able to return CD's. I found someone almost immediately at this link:

https://www.hellopeter.com/musica/reviews/smooth-cd-return- **********

Why am I then not allowed to make a return? Why the double standard? The CD' are still in their cases, never been taken out or played, or even handled. I bought them on Saturday, and am enquiring on Monday - so I've had them, still in their musica packet until now. The cellophane packaging was removed - by a member of staff, to remove the magnetic code inside each CD case. But I didnt open them. Its not my fault if they're opened. I did not agree to, or authorise the opening of any of the cases. That was done completely by MUSICA staff.

Very upset at the double standard
