DONT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AT MUSICA BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER ASSIST YOU AND WILL SELL YOU **** STUFF!!!!!

What pathetic service!!! i have purchased a sound bar which all of a sudden went off about a month ago. I took it back to the store with a bank statement showing the purchase and they refused to assist me by advising that i need the till slip which i had misplace while moving homes!!!! how pathetic!!! the store always keeps a copy of the slip yet you give clients such a hard time when it comes to their repairs!!! you sell stuff that packs up in a few months and then you refuse to assist!!!! The store promised that the supplier would call me however still no call!!!!
