Disgusting Attitude

A month ago I purchased a R400 pair of SkullCandy Headphones from Musica. I was in a take away store when a speaker fell out from its casing, the wires were still attached. Naturally I took them off and put them in my pocket until I returned home only to discover that the wires had come lose from their soldering during the journey. I went to Musica the following morning and was told that they could not be exchanged. I must emphasise that my problem isn't with the fact that they wouldn't exchange them, but rather with the attitude from the supervisor. I understand perfectly that certain types of damages aren't exchangeable but the manner in which she treated me actually disgusts me. Firstly, she didn't even have the decency to greet me. She then continued to patronise me in front of the entire store. She had no desire to listen to what happened but rather went on to accuse me of DELIBERATELY breaking the headsets. \No you broke them! I'm not going to accept them!"Those words coupled with a facial expression I won't soon forget. <br> It's unfortunate to think of how often I buy from Musica"
