<p>Dear Sir or Madam:</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a Blu-Ray DVD of Zootroplis for my children at the end of July 2016 at Musica The Grove.</p> <p> </p> <p>The first DVD I got did not play beyond the intro screen where one selects the language. I returned the particular DVD to Musica and a similar DVD replaced it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The replaced DVD did not play beyond the intro screen where one selects the language.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have lost the slip and would like to have the DVD replaced. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent in excess of R200 on a disc that does not play and my kids really want to watch such. </p> <p> </p> <p>The store cannot assist hence; I want you to assist me.</p>
