CPA non compliant

Musica quagga centre has the worst staff of all retailers

Having went in the store to have a better look at the VR that was on promotion that was displayed by the window. Not much detail was given on the box , I raised my hand for some assistance and a staff member acknowldged me but only walked to the end of the isle , never the less I posed my question which was completely ignored by her , all she had to say was "sorry?" now having to repeat my question at the top of my voice for the whole store to hear.

All I wanted to find out was it I could have a look at the product , she says that there is no demo and if I wanted it I had to buy it is also said "have you never seen a VR before" that made me feel like some cave man

So now in order for me to see the actual product I have to buy it , when I questioned her on the returns and exchange policy she said that they would only refund or exchange of there was a mechanical fault on the unit which means if I bought it and it didn't suit my needs I was stuck with it

When I questioned the staff member about this not being aligned with the CPA all she did was roll her eyes and shrug her shoulders

If you want good customer service and people that actually know what they talking about stay away from musica quagga centre
