Can't place a special order when the email says I can

<p>I was reading through my emails carefully and the email I got for Musica said I may place an order at any Musica!? Yesterday when I asked at Mall of the South's Musica they say they do not place special orders anymore but why did the email say they do!!!!! I'm so surprised how people want to help you where as they don't and how much they fool you telling you you can't place an order when you can?!?!?!??!!?I'm highly disgusted!!!!!!</p>
