Bubble Gum Tablet

Hello,<br> <br> My Name is Monalisa I purchased a bubble gum tablet and a rubber cover to protect the tablet in December 2015 after Christmas for my 3 year old daughter at Musica store. In Mid January it started to freeze and i took it back to Musica because it was under guarantee for 6 months and the store requested to take it to Feather brook computers for fixing. They sent me a Quotation saying Glass LCD and Courier fee R550.<br> what i dont understand is the tablet is very NEW and the problem was it kept freezing there was nothing wrong with the screen! the tablet cost was R 1,500 and a cover 200, now i have to pay R550 on top of that! it too much money. please help. my daughter cry's for her tablet every day, it been gone long. they have too many bubble gum tablet they are fixing. i'm starting to wonder if the product was not good.
