Brooklyn Boom Box

<p>Afternoon </p> <p>I will definitely not be purchasing anymore From Musica I bought this boom box 21st of December 2016 or it could have been the 22nd the same evening I had to return the boom box because the volume button didn't want to work so they gave me a new one and not even 6months down the line the volume button is broken and because I don't have my slip anymore they can't take it back and can't look for my slip as there system goes back to March sales only and they don't keep copy of slips so I asked can you maybe ask your head office no they can't cause they will only have until March so my Question is if they have no copy of my slip how do they do there tax or if they a orderter walks in how do they show proof of purchase can someone please call me back as I'm confused and very upset</p>
