Bring back the stuff you took

On 21 September 2016 at 16:15 my 11 year old son was accused of *****ing by a staff member outside the shop in the hall of the mall.

We were shopping for my son's birthday and since I already bought him something at BT games (who's service was excellent by the way) my son proceded to show me more things at Musica. My son had what we bought at BT Games in his hand when we entered Musica. We looked at more of the gifts he wanted and decided not to buy at that moment. We left Musica. We were already about 30 steps away from the shop when a staff member ran to us and told my son just to bring back what he took. My response to that was, I don't think so since what he had in his hands was what I paid for at BT Games. We proceded to leave when I realised what actually just happened. I told my son to wait there, took out my BT Games receipt and returned to the shop.

Clearly the gossiping staff did not expect my return by the looks on their faces when they realised I was standing next to them. Well, I showed the m the BT Games receipt as clarification to their accussations and gave them a piece of my mind to which one staff member response was that they had to check.

1. Not all your clients are dishonest, so don't treat the honest clients as *********.

2. You do not check by making a false accusations.

3. If there is an adult with a minor you do not ingage the minor instead of the adult.

4. You do not make accusations in a public area unless you 600% certain of your facts.

Musica Clearwater had poor service at the best of times but yesterday's treament will make me spend my hard earned money at shops that value and treat their clients with respect.
