Bad service

I purchased Cd's at the store on the 12th Dec 2015 , was assisted by Brigget Sibongile Mdladla employee number (***) , accidentally I forgot my parcel ( A black American Swiss bag containing a necklace to the value of R 529.00 ) on the counter 2 minutes later I realized my mistake and went back to the shop to get my parcel but when I got back Brigget asked me \ Mam have you forgotten something ? "And I said yes a black bag from American Swiss. Then she says Ooh I asked and an Indian lady said it was hers and I gave it to her. Then I asked her how could you ask a customer if a package is theirs as there is a slight possibility for them to say NO it's not mine.<br> <br> I laid a complaint with the store and the feedback I received from Musica was that they could not be held liable for my negligence "
