Bad Service

On the 5th October 2015, I called in and enquired if the store had a DVD : Tribute by Yanni, Lebo confirmed they have a copy, I then requested her to send it to the nearest store, Westgate. She then told me it will take 2 weeks, then I will be informed by Refiloe at Westgate to collect the DVD. To date no communication, no correspondence from neither Lebo nor Refiloe. This is bad service, I could have looked somewhere else instead of waiting forever.
