bad quality hardware.

Quality of JBL headset is terrible and have been told i cannot get a refund despite the fact that i now have my 3rd pair of JBL headset that has issues.... the first 2 has noise canceling static noise issues (1st 1 month old, 2nd 4 months old)... the new one now has noise once you connect to bluetooth... constant on pc and when the device communicates with a phone you can hear it... the headset is officially 3 days old and this is my first test of the bluetooth...

There is nothing that musica sell's that i want so i don't need a gift card for the cash value of this headset... i need a working headset or my money back please as this is ridiculous...
