Bad quality and shockingly bad service

<p>I bought a game about a year and a half ago The Sims 3 Into The Future and I've only used this cd once and always kept it in a safe place afew days ago I open the cd case and the cd is cracked and yet its always kept in a safe place and its cover is in perfect condition and now I don't have a receipt and it's over a year now so I can't exchange it the quality is so shocking after I used it just once and I go inside their store and ask if they have and THEY SAY THEY HAVEN'T GOTTEN IN STOCK FOR 9 MONTHS!?!?!?! And more than 50 people are asking for The Sims 3 so I don't see why they are not making a plan, there is no such thing as placing an order anymore which I think is totally ridiculous and no one likes The Sims 4, I'm so disappointed in the service aswell because they can't even help you at all I was willing to buy a new game but they don't ever have stock what a shocker I could always talk good about this place to other people but now there is nothing good to say anymore in future I just don't buy any of my gaming naterial here since no one wants to help me at all</p>
