Bad Attitude and Bad Service

I purchased a Kids Polaroid Camera at the Waterfront Cape Town on Thursday 05/02/2015. I live in JHB and when returned back home, I opened the package and tried to use the camera. I inserted an SD card and that did not work. I called the call centre for Musica and was advised by a consultant that I should take the camera with my slip to any musica outlet and they would sort this out. I went to Musica Rosebank and I was totally disugusted at there service. They tested the camera and it seemed fine at the time. At that time, I also did have my own SD Card for me to show them why mine didn't work. I requested that I get refunded as I was just no satisfied with this product. The lady at the counter said she was waiting for her manager to assist and he refused to come forward and carried on with another customer. I wasted half an hour in that store and got no positive feedback, she refused to provide me with a refund as she said that because I did not have the original packaging she cannot help me. Her service and attitude was absolutely disgusting. I am ever so sorry I purchased an item from MUSICA!!!!
