Bad Attitude

I bought CD's on Saturday. I played one of the CD's on Monday and it did not want to play it gave me an ERROR 1 message. When I took back the CD with proof of purchase for an exchange. I was told by the manager that I did not purchase the CD there because she does not sell CD's like that cause it had a scratch. I asked her why would I bring back 1 CD out of 7 CD's bought and she told me that CD's are checked when they are bought and mine were not opened like always I opened my CD's at home. I told her since she does not want to exchange my CD I will bring the rest of the CD's and she can give me my money back. She was totally rude. She wanted me to complete a refund document which I refused, and she told me because of me refusing she can have me thrown out of the shop because that is her shop. She was plain rude. Eventually she credited my CD's and refused to pay for the one I was querying. At the back of their till slip it shows that you can return damaged goods for a refund or exchange and she told me straight that I can report her to the highest authority she does not care. She was totally rude, I will never set foot in that shop again seeing that it is her shop.
