Bad Attitude

I placed an order on 28-06-2015 for 2 seasons of The Tudors.<br> On saturday 4-07-2015 I received a missed call from the store. On phoning back I spoke to Katlego. I gave him detailed spelling of the series twice, but he could not locate my order. I then asked him to give me the spelling back, which was incorrect. Upon hearing this I asked to speak to the manager, or someone who could in fact spell and speak english, but he was the manager. He that accused me of misspelling the name from the beginning. <br> I then asked why they had phone me if both ranges were not in store, and firstly he told me that no one phoned me (strange that my cellphone has proof of the call) He also told me he could not tell me who phoned if so or why<br> His attitude was awful, nasty and not helpful at all. If I had employed him, he would not have a job anymore<br>
