Bad Assistance and Attitude

On the 13th December I was looking to buy the new photo printer that work with your cellphone. Olivia at Musica Upington were going to order me one. On the 17th December after hearing nothing from her, I went back to the store, asking her for feedback, to find out she have never ordered the item, and after a hour she let me know that she can't find it. I then went back to the store asking if I can buy online, where I didn't find the item,then Chanay assisted me asking what I was looking for and she said that she will order it for me, this was the 17th December, today the 20th December she called and let me know that she have found one and in the colour i wanted and it's on the way. Olivia let me felt like I wasn't worthy to order the item because I wouldn't buy it, but Chanay went out of her way to get me what I wanted.
