Annoyed by service

<p>On the 29 May 2016 I went to Musica Eastgate to purchase a game, we paid and when inspecting the game we noticed was scratched and requested a refund. Up until today I have not yet received it.. I always get stories. I'v been there twice now and still nothing. </p>
