Abysmal service Musica Hemmingways

I had ordered a CD from Musica in Hemmingways , the sales associate was Sihle, it has now being four months and have not being contacted, I phoned through today and was told that someone els had asked for the exact same CD today (hard to believe) and he assumed it was me and sold it.... After waiting four months. This is absolutley deplorable service, I will never support musica again , no appology given abysmal staff....
