Absurd refund policy

I bought JBL earphones this past weekend, only one day of use. It was a coincidence someone else buys me earphones on that same day. I tried to return them, still in a sellable condition and they refused to refund me. I spoke to one of their GMs, Darren, who wasn't understanding of my situation. He says to me all retailers operate the same way but they don't. Based on their refund/exchange policy, they list cds, gaming but nothing under headsets. Sales staff are too quick to assist you for their personal budgets but neglect to make you aware of such things. Refund policies at musica Westgate branch are absolutely trash.
