40 days after handing item in stil not send away

On the 18th of July 2015 I handed in a 7\Poloroid tablet as it was still under guarantee at Musica Mall of the North to a lady called Lebogang. I phoned after two weeks to request feedback but she was not available. Sunday the 23rd of August I phoned them again as we are not from Polokwane and my daughter is using the tablet for school purposes I will have to go into town to go and collect it
