Music tribe sucks!

We have received this IPD2400 unit back, it is still not working and exactly the same state as when it left here after 6000 ZAR in expenses to send to your company.

Have requested numerous times the damage and repair reports before the unit was sent back to us and have received zero responses from Music Tribe.

We actually are at a loss for words at the terrible service and uselessness of your company representing a brand like Lab Gruppen.

We demand feedback from you and your company urgently or be sure we will escalate this to the next level and broadcast this dismal state of affairs to the best of our ability.

So sick and tired of this and highly annoyed and disappointed.

Didn’t expect this from LAB GRUPPEN representatives of all places.
