Repayment of monies

I decided to sign my daughter (7) up for music lessons last year November 2014. The 1st class was an Introductory Lesson at R250, which was paid immediately.<br> <br> My daughter started her 1st class beginning December 2014. I paid an extra R3 250 for 13 classes (R250.00 per class) . I was advised to choose a song that my daughter liked and she will then teach her how to sign this song. <br> <br> In the first 5 classes my daughter was told 3 TIMES to choose a new song, firstly she chose a song from an Afrikaans male singer and was told to choose a song from a female singer. We did that and chose a song from a Female Afrikaans singer. Just as my little girl got to know all the words and was comfortable with the song she told me to choose another song that was easier. My poor girl...<br> <br> Thereafter she cancelled 4 classes in a row. I then decided to cancel the classes and asked her to pay me the remaining money back . Told her to keep 4 classes money as the notice month and pay me back for 3 classes, even though the 4 weeks cancelled by her should have been the notice month.<br> <br> I cancelled the classes and asked for payment (on 26/2 and 3/03) which I am still waiting for and still no response.
